Global prayer opportunities from Beyond, The Voice of the Martyrs, 30 Days, and the International Turkey Network
This Sunday, November 1, is the International Day of Prayer for Persecuted Christians, and it is also the day 15 Days of Prayer for the Hindu World begins. Whether you pray alone or gather with family, friends, or your church, here are four ways to join in prayer for the nations, including two coming up now and two to look forward to in 2027.
Let’s Pray!
International Day of Prayer for Persecuted Christians
The Voice of the Martyrs invites you to join a global prayer movement on Sunday, November 1, 2026, and throughout the month of November. Gather with your family, group, class, or church to pray for Christians standing firm in faith in hostile and restricted places. VOM offers free resources to help, including a prayer app with daily requests, family discussion guides, a bulletin insert, and a sermon outline.
15 Days of Prayer for the Hindu World
Beyond, a mission agency, invites you to join 15 days of prayer for Hindu peoples, alone or with family, friends, or your church. The guide moves from the heart of the home to the wounds of caste, the traditions that shape Hindu life, and Indian immigrants living among us. Each day is anchored in the hope of John 1:5: no darkness can overcome the light of Christ.
30 Days of Prayer for the Muslim World
Coming February 8 to March 9, 2027, 30 Days of Prayer invites Christians to pray for Muslims with faith, hope, and love during Ramadan. The prayer guide offers a month of stories, images, and prayer ideas to help you learn about, love, and pray for Muslim people groups around the world. It can be used alone or with a family, small group, or church, and the aim is that Muslims would come to know the Good News and find hope in Christ.
30 Days Through Turkey
From the International Turkey Network, 30 Days Through Turkey invites you to spend a month lifting up the nation of Turkey in prayer and to discover the joy of partnering with God and his Church there. Each day includes a reading, scripture, prayer points, and a worship song to fuel times of prayer and intercession led by the Holy Spirit. The book is available in both print and e-book.
